SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping amount in Italy for purchases changes depending on the product.

For all shipments  to Europe the cost is 20 euro.

For the shipments  to extra Ue countries the fare changes depending on the destination.

Silvia Narese performs shipments via courier  SDA, GLS  and DHL.

The return shipping cost to return the product purchased is charged to the customer. If you change the size or model shipping is at the customer’s expense.

DELIVERY

No responsibility can be attributed to Silvia Narese in case of delay of order fulfillment   or delivery of the ordered goods.

At the time of delivery the customer must check that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet or anyhow altered.

Any damage to the product or the packaging  must be immediately contested to the courier by affixing written CONTROL RESERVE on the courier’s delivery receipt.

Once signed the document courier, the customer may not make any objection about the appearance of the delivered goods.

In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the warehouse of the carrier because of repeated inability to delivery to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

Any withdrawal of packages intact should be made by the customer adding the word “intact, COLLAR CONDITIONED WITHDRAWAL of CONTENT CONTROL” on the appropriate accompanying document  (art. 1698 Codice Civile). Any anomaly must be communicated within 8 days as follows:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to cancel any distance contract, without penalty and without giving any reason within no later than 10 working days from the date of delivery to the courier waybill.

The right of withdrawal applies only and exclusively to consumers outside of their commercial activity, this excludes the possibility of the right of withdrawal apply to natural and legal persons acting for the purposes of their professional activity.

Cannot exercise the right of withdrawal customers who purchase with VAT.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer shall send a notice to Silvia Narese within 10 working days from the delivery date.
Such notice should be sent, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the following address:

The communication can be sent within the same period, by email with read receipt to info@naresecalzature.com.
The consumer should then provide, using a courier of your choice, shipping of the product (in its original packaging, however, always carefully packed) and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that content source.
The consumer must make such delivery within 10 working days from the date on which he posted the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Important Notes

Transportation costs and the liability of goods during shipment, as required by law, shall be borne by the consumer.
We recommend that you insure the product to the carrier of your choice, making sure to pack the goods carefully where possible by inserting the original packaging in an outer box and avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned undamaged and complete in all its parts and accessories, etc. In case of transport damage during return, Silvia Narese will communicate to the consumer damage within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to complain to the courier for transportation. Damaged goods will be available for the return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously canceled.
Except as provided for the case of partial withdrawal, Silvia Narese will refund, within 30 days from the time you became aware of the right of withdrawal, the full amount of the purchase and, by following the transfer to the credit card or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the consumer;shall be borne by the latter transport charges for the return of the product.

If the withdrawal was partial (i.e. concerned only a part of the delivered products with a single delivery), excludes reimbursement of shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase.
Regarding purchases with pickup at the store located in via Gramsci 2, the right of withdrawal does not apply because this is not about distance selling. In fact, in that case, the consumer has only booked the product on Internet, but has not yet purchased.

REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER

Except for additional reinstatement fee for ensured damage on the original packaging, Silvia Narese shall refund to the customer the amount he paid for the product, excluding transport expenses, by Credit Card or Bank Transfer, using a write-off procedure. For payments sent by bank transfer, the customer shall transmit his/her bank details (IBAN code) to Silvia Narese.

FORFEITURE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal shall forfeit when Silvia Narese determines:
1. the total or partial use of the good;
2. the lack of the original external and/or internal packaging;
3. the lack of products’ basic elements;
4. the damage of the product for causes different from transportation.

In the aforesaid cases, Silvia narese shall return the good to the sender who shall cover the shipping costs.
